Makro special ended last month which was R100 for 3 x1.5m cables , they now R179.

Hope to pay R100 for 3 cables somewhere else , any brand will do.

Pleasure. They've been around since at least October 2012 at Heathway - started seeing a chick in the area and remember seeing them when I first popped into that centre around that time. Dude at the shop is Henk - knows his stuff, very friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Esquire has a 1.5m for R29 (ex vat) and a 3m for R49 (ex vat) - I have a cash account there - you can PM me.

If you're not close by I would phone them first (even though the website says they have stock)

I send them a email asking when they will receive stock and got this reply:

"We will not be stocking these in our stores hence why it is only available on special order on the website"

How do they advertise something they wont receive any stock off? also check with the branches seemed like they have never had stock, is this even legal with the consumer act?

Sounds perfectly reasonable to me. They offer the product but it is special order and will only pull stock from an upstream supplier when they receive an order for one.

What is the problem?
