That pic says it is a 10000GB HDD. Now that would be a great price

But, even with the humble 1000GB HDD, it is still a pretty good price

That's about 15 - 20% mark-up, so I wouldn't call it a great bargain.

Can anyone advise on a good notebook PC in the R5-6K price range. Preferably in the PE region. I'd prefer to stick to a brand with "reasonable" backup - Acer, Toshiba, Lenovo, Dell, HP/Compaq, Fujitsu Siemens, etc. NOT Mecer or Sahara!!


Requirements:
CPU: preferably Dual Core (Any speed) but Celeron 2GHz should be ok.
OS: XP-Pro or Vista Home Premium
RAM: Prefer 2GB for Vista or minumum 1GB for XP.
HDD: Minimum 80GB
Webcam and microphone: Preferably integrated for Skype use
Screen size: 14 or 15"
Graphics: Can be shared (Intel X300 etc)

If anyone has seen any bargains recently, it would be good if you could share them. thanks. I'm doing the scouting for some relatives in PE.
