If you are asking about Kalahari.net, orders over R375 have free delivery.

And delivery is within 5 working days.

thanks. websense is blocking Kalahari. is the special till midnight?

After the whole Seagate drive failure debacle I would rather stay away.

Ja, I don't know about Esquire anymore.
I've been there twice and on both occasions have been met with a bit of "resentment" at not being a big corporate reseller or such.
Thought PostmanPot will attest to having an easy time purchasing there.

And after this post from Esquire, it's not making me feel very welcome and I'm just going to give them a miss from now on.
On the two times I'd been there, the lady that proccess payments and stuff was like, "Oh you again and this MyBB account. You have to apply for a COD account you know..."
I laughed it off and we joked and I got what I wanted.
And I'm not pissed at her, cos I reckon she's doing her job.
But if there's no communication from Esquire rep, to at least the CT branch, then that's not the way I want to walk in and make purchases.

Also if I'm to "small time", then I'd rather check out PCInternational, PmP or other retailers out there.

I'm pretty sure it isn't a faulty batch... I had one fail and I got a replacement from the new batch, no problems so far. I think it's vat inc.

Heh, I know what you mean.

The first time I went there no one knew what the MyBb account was. The one sales guy wasn't too friendly, but he's left now. Arni was very friendly and helpful, think he's gone too now. Graham was and still is helpful, although has mentioned the registering thing a few times.

On my second trip there they told me I must register a COD account and that the MyBb account can only be used once. I told them that I have never read or heard anywhere that I need to register, or am only allowed to buy once. They also made me fill out some [silly] "day pass" card, but I haven't seen those since.

They seem to have stopped hassling me to register now, when they do I just say I am allowed to be buying with the MyBb account and that if I start using them more frequently I will consider registering.

As intimidating as Frank is :D, I think he is a good manager and certainly seems to get employees' arses in gear chop-chop. And Kayson and Tariq are great sales reps, always friendly and helpful. Sometimes I get email replies really fast too.

Checking out can take a bit long since it's only the one girlie working there. To me she seems nice and I'm surprised she would have been rude to you S&B.

I hope your future experiences, if any, will be better, S&B. :)
