Got the IC brochure/catalogue thingy. The only good price in there is the T260 
Well the current price estimate is sitting at about R3300 or so for the sapphire (slightly overquoted I think just in case their price goes up) ... but the ETA is only for 14 Oct ... but with suppliers you never know ... could come tomorrow, or November ... you guys know how it goes.
I can accept backorders, and I will accept them at R3400 , then if price is lower, will refund difference, or if ETA is delayed, you can request a full refund and cancel back order.

I actually found the T260 quite meh - not worth the hype. Not that good looking either IMO.
I especially hate the stands the samsung put on their monitors, can't adjust fuskall.
I'd rather get a 24" Dell non-TN.

The Samsungs are orsome with the glass borders and all that stuff they add onto them.

Haha, you certainly sold yours at the right time, what with this special and all.
But further T260 bashing will not be tolerated

And what about all the OMG the T260 is awesome etc etc before you sold yours...makes you look like a bit of a .....:erm:
Which should drive down the price of the remaining T260s so I can get a second one
I will buy them all and sell to you for R5000 bundled with an FX5200
Im really enjoying mine. Although i upgraded from a 22inch Acer so this hi def stuff is really nice. The monitor gathers dust like anything though.

Well, this is not hardware but I know LCD TVs interest some people on this forum as much as PC LCDs. I belatedly got a letter from Standard Bank Home Loans and it has their latest client specials...
They have the LG 42LH20/22 42" LCD TV for R8999 (instead of the, apparently, normal R10499)
