absolutely, paid R50 per ticket for a cpl stands giving away......brochures....
was hoping to at least get some freeking hardware or something...

absolutely, and with a R50 entry I felt ripped off, there was tons of displays but like the only couple shops selling any **** was photo cats, IC, Look and listen....it sucked ass!

the best deal i found was with Nivo, who had a one man 1m x 1m stand...they gave a R50 discount voucher at least, which I am going to use on this samsung f2 for R999

yeah but geez it was bloody sparse, was expecting way more shops there
Not to mention it was smaller then last year ... this year I went as a customer, not shop owner ... and we left after an 1.5 hours ... the only reason I took so long was because I had a chat with Samsung, MD of Corex, MSI, Frontosa People, and a few others. Went to the Popcorn Hour stand to try sign up as a dealer ... they said they have decided not to sell to any other online shops anymore because the others wasted their time, and they will rather sell it themselves. I think they just want to keep prices artificial, personally, I think they could get a bigger audience if they allowed us to sell, driving competative forces. Oh well ... I'll just stick to Compro then ... I like the brand anyway
I am going to go out on a limb here and say the cost of the stall? It is extremely expensive.
