Yeah, you guys suck at maths. R769 ex vat = R876 incl vat...
And PC Zone has a 1TB for R899...

The P2350 is cooler....
I think they're almost the same actually (I stand to be corrected on this), but the housing for the monitor is much nicer on the Pseries

I think the 2350 is the later model, but the specs are pretty much the same. I have two 2333SW's and they're great!

sweet, if u find anything pls PM me, I got a temporary 21", but its getting on my tits, the 23.6 is freeking nice, I also use the HDMI
But I'm staring at that Kalahari special and my BUY mouse click finger is itching.....ooohhhhh dammit!
EDIT: I dunno man, I've just been checking online, 2494, T240 , seems the prices will never come down, this is 23" special is almost just to good to pass up

It's weird though.
With the arrival of the new Sammy P2450H I was hoping the retailers still had 2494HS models to get rid of and would be flogging them as to give the P2450H a fresh start in the market.
But that's not happened

agreed, they being greedy bastards, well, the two choices retailers have now are:
1)Put your stuff on sale and ppl have money to buy now, or 2) Put your specials in Jan, however, ppl never have money in Jan and even though stuff is on sale in Jan, its still a tough sell.
The cheapest I'm finding the 2494 is Nivo@1978 and this isnt even their sale price, so maybe its worth waiting for the prices to start dipping, clearly it hasnt happened yet, the .6" isnt worth R400 now

Nah - that's still pretty much normal pricing.
I got mine a few months back from PostmanPot a like R50 more.
I'm expecting to pay around the R1600-R1500 mark ffs
I've also been looking at 2nd hand options with plenty of warranty left - but not been seeing any for sale.
