Sorry for not clarifying that in my previous mail, the extract was taken straight from the returns policy on this page:

However to clarify, The unboxed deals are not covered by any extended warranty due to the fact that the seal/packaging has already been opened before the order was placed. I apologize for the confusion.

What has this got to do with Unboxed Deals? We are talking about items from other shops/retailers which are fulfilled by Takealot.
