I've tested that before on Amazon, virtually no difference paying rand or dollar once it hits your account in Sa.

For those of you considering the Steam controller, keep in mind that the DualShock 4 also got an update last year, and it has full functionality to boot.

Not that there are sales on that now as well, but it's something to keep in mind if you just want something that's within reach. IIRC, Valve's Steam Controller API maps over the PS4's, so it should work in just about every Steam game out there that has even partial controller support.
