For R26.66 a pair it is difficult to find fault.

Cons:
No retail box. Engrish instructions.
Music cuts out/stutters at random for a few miliseconds as if it loses the bluetooth signal or as if it is picking up interference of sorts - could be my device. Still early days.

Pros:
Magnetic so the earpieces stick to each other. Comfortable to wear. Sounds fine? I am not an audiophile. Happy with the bass. Quite loud - had to halve the volume compared to my stock sony earphones and could push the volume to beyond comfortable levels without it distorting.

These should be fine for casual use.

Yeah, they are quite decent, Not great tho.
These don't have that excessive "hissing" noise in the background. Mids are good, but the base just overwhelms everything and Everything sounds narrower.

For a R30 bucks earphone these are a bargain. I remember having those cheap canyon earphones like 10 years ago for like a R100 and these are better.

I just want them for listening to audiobooks so the budget sound quality isn't a issue, how stable is the Bluetooth connection and what is the range like?

I had a similar pair of expensive LG earbud BT earphones and the range was like 20cm, useless.
