Mine arrived this morning. After a quick test I now understand why these are being dumped by MIA:
- No retail packaging
- Button mapping is incorrect, presumably this is hardware-level design flaw. (tested on multiple android devices)
Vol+ (short) = Rewind
Vol+ (long) = Volume up
Vol- (short) = Fast forward
Vol- (long) = Volume down
Only button which works correctly is middle "Dial" button
Dial = Call answer/Call disconnect & Play/Pause
- Battery life is mediocre (fully charged -> dead in +- 90mins)

cons: its heavy and bulky but for its battery size i suppose its par for the course
i see the price has gone up a bit, i paid R279 i think, its R299 for free delivery so just gets some sweets or something

For any music without base it sounds good. Base just muffles up everything.

Its a massive design flaw, and to add, I have a Redmi Note 5 Plus. While paired the settings on this phone does not recognise the headset as a Xiaomi product (thus the proprietary equaliser software does not work)

I'm only goign to use it for audiobooks and podcats (so is the wife), and the kids to listen to YT videos on their tablets since its always a battle when we're trying to watch TV.

This. They really do look like REALLY cheap Chinese imports. Like REALLY cheap. I don't even know what I'm going to do with my 3 sets, I just bought them "because lol".
