That is good! Pages says it comes with adapter. I doubt that means an actual step-down transformer included, but most electronics have switchmode power supplies now...Should handle 110-240V. Google results are mixed, though...

UK is 220 VAC, so no problem there

This is basically a S5/Note 3 type of phone with a 2K res screen. It has the same Snapdragon 800, 2GB of RAM like the S5, Kitkat etc.

I have this (from Orange Store) and the Note 3 (local) and they are really amazing devices. Compared to the S3 and S4 generation of phones and tablets, the performance and battery life is stellar. So at that price of R3850 including delivery, taxes, customs bla bla bla it is the best tablet available in SA.
