I created an account a long time ago and never used it. I can't log in now. It tells me email not found.

@awesum

I just checked your account it was created on 07/ 03/2013. under the account name Awesum-MyBB , However this is an account to purchase from the Xpress stores, or speak to a sales person to place your orders , but you still don’t have your Online account activated as it has not been created by you , this is a separate system that uses an API to interface to our Financial system and your account on the system.

We do understand that many customers get confused when they opened an account and assume that they already have an online account , however this is not the case as you still have to create a profile with a login name and password and furnish your shipping details etc.

Please see the link below that we created to explain how to register your online account as we had tons of calls with the same issue yesterday , that is the reason why we just now completed activating 528 new online accounts as everyone wants to take advantage of the Scary Hour specials Online.

I have exactly the same problem

@MSM I could not check your account in time as our servers have shut down for daily automatic backups

but I am 99% sure that it is the same as awesum

Your prices are good for the 290X but not for the Nvidia series. You are selling grey items, which you are obliged to tell your clients according to the CPA.

Unless you can guarantee that your clients will have after sales service locally if you close down as a start up company in a highly saturated market if you know what I mean. People take a risk buying from you, because local suppliers might very well not honour the warranty. If you say they do, should we believe you since it is a conflict of interest situation here. You want to sell, we want the truth. How will we know until you build up an independent client base that can attest your service and local warranty.

Also your slogan is difficult to read.

Your graphics cards needs sorted!

Perhaps consider:

"Your graphics card needs sorted"
"For all your graphics card requirements"

Your website also has random capitalization which is very annoying. And no capitals for proper nouns? Did you even pass matric? How will your clients have faith in you when your About Us section isn't even grammatically correct?

We Do not Sell fake goods or china re brands , we buy and sell only the best quality brands.

We Decided mainly on graphics cards for now because importing other items is not worth it at this stage . We will be trying to add some AMD cpu's and solid state drives in the future.

Here let my tired brain try:

I am about to throw up with the rest of your website's grammar. While your business attempt is respectable, your presentation is so patchy that your prospective client's would be wary of which mid African country you are from - especially with the credit card payments lol.

Ok will go edit some info thank you for having a look for me :)

Btw I did pass matric , but anybody can do that without studying!

I do State quite a few times in the FAQ section on my website that my products are imported .

Yes it will take some time before people trust my business and start buying from me .

I am going to offer a little bit extra to clients:
Extended business hours and weekend hours .
I will be open during December holidays , suppliers and online stores close down that time . This is time people like spending money! ( I personally look at upgrading this time of year, each time I am delayed because stores is closed)
Offer clients a graphics card while they wait for an RMA , this is still in the pipe line will be available in the next few months.

I don't think English is his first language - judging by the grammar presentation I'd guess he's Afrikgaans. Give him some breathing room...

Why are there spaces between punctuation?

How do you get it like that? Genuinely interested.

On some forums if you don't leave a space between it , it makes emoticons so I leave spaces now to avoid it .

Not sure if this forum does it , i know it happens on carbonite.
