Ja, the one guy here who posted it a few pages back went and they wanted to give him the X360 and he complained and they gave him the Xbone.

There ain't much you can 'do' to get it for that price. No magic spell or method of any kind. It was simply one dude that went to collect his one, got a 360, took it up with management and they opted to give him the one rather.

The lady confirmed the following. The Smart Home premium Black Friday deal includes the xbox one console with 1 remote no game and a DSTV explorer decoder. The 20% discount is only for new line installations. The deal also includes the smart home hardware and simcards which is the standard offering.

She confirmed everything for me and mentioned what devices and speed I will get and what modems and simcards I will get and said all is included with Free courier delivery to me for the price of R899 including VAT for 24 months and that this call recording is available at request and serves as a binding contract between Telkom and myself.

So I did all the checks and stuff and she said we are all done. In the next 24 hours my current packages and speeds will be modified to match that of what is included in the Smart Home Premium package and that all my hardware will be delivered to me with in 7 working days. The courier company will contact me to confirm delivery and I need to present a copy of my ID and proof of residence for rica of my simcards.


So all is good. If my hardware is not included as they say it is I will just request them to pull the recoding and listen to it as I repeatedly asked about the xbox one and the lady confirmed everytime that it is included.

BTW I submitted my details on Black Friday @ about 15:00 and received my callback on my number I submitted first on Black Friday. I got the call Today at 16:30 just for those that submitted after me you will get a call.
