So I finally made my purchase ,with the huge delay on the OTP codes from the cellc side

Bought the 2TB 2.5" Toshiba Hard Drive R889.95 from Incredible
ordered on 31st and received it by RAM couriers at noon
2nd January. Was ordered on 3-5 day postage no charge

Just missed my delivery from RAM. They don't call and let you know when they will be there to deliver neither did Incredible. Very irritating as I was in the underground parking when they tried to call when no one answered the gate.
In this day and age can they not send you an sms to let you know the ETA.

Unfortunately they don't even do that in Germany so I doubt they'll do that in SA.

Only takealot/mr delivery normally schedule a delivery time with the client
I deal with couriers on a daily basis ,they never phone me to schedule the delivery.
They just pitch up and hope you are there.

Thats why I prefer to let deliveries go to my work address. There is always someone at reception during business hours. So even if I am not immediately available, at least someone will accept delivery on my behalf and leave it on my desk for me.
The only thing you should never deliver to your work address, is your speeding fines. Because then they actually follow up until you pay or appear in court.
