Not any more - they charge R2 for that now.
Where? I fill up once every 2 days all around Gauteng and have never been charged or been told about it costing anything.

Got mine today. All the Naspers apps are removable, so stripped it all out and got it back to stock. No downside noticed - in fact a really nice tablet. Call/messaging ability is a plus.
