Dear Firstshop, read the many old threads on Mybb and other forums explaining the shoddy service your company offers, some of those threads you were even involved in and nothing came of the complaints then, if you just want to do window dressing or take the rep who helped me down a peg or 2 it's not going to be on my time. Get your staff to apply basic common sense and courtesy, not much more needed.

Get your website sorted, don't list as available stock that is not available and honour prices, the end.

First off, apologies for addressing you incorrectly. I’d just communicated with Mubeend before messaging you, so his name was on my mind.

I’ve recently been appointed to manage FirstShop’s social presence, including MyBB. We take comments and complaints really seriously, since customers are the heartbeat of FirstShop. In fact, if you search our service reviews on Google we average 4.7 out of 5 stars, spanning 408 reviews. We’re really proud of that reputation.

When I PM’d you, I asked you for more details about your bad experience with FirstShop so we could address your concerns constructively. Unfortunately, your reply was vague and lacked the detail we needed to make things right.

We deliver thousands of orders every month, and like any business there are bound to be some hiccoughs. If we let a customer down we do everything we can to make it up to them.

Please feel free to send us another PM with more details of your complaint and we’ll make sure it gets the attention it deserves.

Not hardware but a great deal - the Takealot special for The James Bond Collection is R1 199.00 on Daily Deals (all 23 movies up to Skyfall on Blu-ray).

The equivalent Amazon item is $170.
