Heh. Perhaps I was lucky. It took me less than 5 minutes start to finish to query and get updates on both my orders.
 
Lucky indeed.

A chap from IC in PE phoned me and said due to it being a clearance sale I will not be getting one as there is no stock left, which is why my order was cancelled by IC.
 
Well honestly, since both orders are on "Awaiting Stock" I'm not sure how lucky I really was/am. Only time will tell.
 
An overpriced Rival 300 @ R199, bargain. It is a bit heavy, but at that price point it is not even an issue. Sorry to hear that some didn't receive their mice.

I ordered this on the 8th, priced @ R999, it was clearly marked as in stock,

but according to my invoice it is marked as "stock on order" and the price is already back up to R2,495, the dispatch description is also now "Usually dispatched within 2 - 4 working days".

I will see what happens...

lots of complaints about firstshop, just search the forum.
I placed an order for a GPU, stock has been confirmed, and i paid. after a week i was told, no stock and no ETA.

It's also worth mentioning i got no apology , and they kept telling me its not our fault.
i asked for a manager to call me back and no one called me back.
 
I've ordered quite a few things from firstshop, their shipping systems are not great but never had a problem getting the items.
 
my ssd arrived. going to have to wait to put it in which is killing me slowly.

can't wait for the upgrade. going from 5400rpm drive to ssd.

Yeah one shouldn't really order a GPU and expect it to arrive. :crylaugh:
 
Anyone heard back from IC regarding their Acer Predator mice?

Mine still just says "Awaiting stock" after two weeks. Most likely the last time I order anything from them if this is what the service looks like.
 
They're still coming back to me regarding the cancellation mail I sent two weeks ago. I'm also not supporting them again
