Anyone know of any decent deals on powerbanks? Hoping to pick up something in the ~15000 - 20000 mAh range.
 
Bought this while on special few weeks back for 320 I'm very impressed it hold power for at least 10 full charges of my S8

Not possible. It's only 20,000 mAh. It'll hold a maximum of 6 full charges for the S8, with a little bit remaining.

I'm not arguing but its possible that its not being charged from empty to full

If it's not fully drained it's not a full charge. That's like saying your car is 95% full of petrol, you put in 2l and you claim "I just paid R25 for a full tank of petrol!". It's not wrong, per se, but it sure as hell ain't right either.

LoL. Anyhow I never run my car or cellphone to zero. But I get your point. Saying 10 full charges in my opinion is fine, as most of us won't run below 20 % discharge.

So it turns out the guy who phoned me was actually from the PE branch where I wanted to pick the mouse up. I had to send a mail to [email protected] to ask them to source one for me and ship it down. This mail I sent on Thursday.

Today I logged on and saw my order was cancelled so I queried it with them as I certainly never cancelled the order. I haven't had any response on the request to change the order to have it shipped nor the fact that it shows cancelled. I are disappoint :(

That's the going rate lately.
Roughly the same elsewhere - was R100 cheaper at Evetech on special friday, but back to 1499 as well now. (Not that you're going to buy from them)
