Yeah I hear you. The problem is you very rarely hear from people who's stuff arrived without a problem. And its always when you have a problem you end up complaining.I am actually awaiting delivery of a heatset from Evetech it's currently on route. It's my first order with them. They had some nice specials and discounted prices for EFT payments. I buy all my PC tech online nowdays the store just don't stock the good stuff at the right prices.

The problem with Evetech is not your stuff arriving without a problem, it's when that item dies within the warranty period. I've been personally involved in 2 warranty claims against them - by now, if something dies, I just rather go straight to the supplier. They're utterly, utterly useless when it comes to honoring warranty any longer than the minimum of 6 months as stipulated in the CPA.

Mum just ordered Dell laptop from them, all good.

But did she have to send it back for a warranty claim?
If you read the posts about them, that is where the problem lies. And that to me is one of the most important criteria.

My 1080ti broke, and I had to send it back to Wootware. As you know, stock is a problem with GPUs. Wootware offered me a swap for a different brand, store credit or a refund when they thought the couldn't get a like for like replacement for me.

Anybody know of any good deals on 10" tablets? My daughter's finally gave in after 3 years of [-]ab[/-]use.

It needn't be the fastest or most powerful out there. Just something for an 8 year old to keep herself busy. Her previous one was a 7" and I promised her I'll buy her a bigger one when it breaks...

The only real requirement is it should have 3G for her to call us from aftercare if the need arises (very introverted so will only really talk to me or the wife if there's a problem).

Huawei Mediapad 10" or Lenovo 10" tab should be good enough.

Probably same as few months back, I am paying R139 for 10gb with the mobile router from the last deal.

You’re right, it’s R139pm x 24.

The terms state this is a 500mb smartinternet contract with 10gb free pm, is there any way to prevent going out of bundle? The R29 per 100MB out of bundle rate can become very expensive very quickly. Can you set the modem to disconnect after bundled data is depleted?

Sennheiser HD 206 is there a better alternative to cheap but decent over ear headphones, this is the second time its on daily deals and i missed the first, wasn't too sure. i'm willing to spend around 800 for some good headphones.
I almost went on a killing spree because I missed the first one. I had a pair of HD202's and loved them. Not too bass-heavy if you're wanting the Beats by Dre type of headphone, otherwise they're great for music. Build quality is good but plastic. Headphone material is soft and comfortable, but the 202's started to flake a bit after a couple of years. I bought one just now. Doubt you will find a good sounding over ear pair for less than 400.
