Has International Gone Down?

I can't seem to access international sites, can any of you? This happened in the last 5 minutes.

ever considered yourself been capped for international traffic.
First of all which ISP do you belong with ?

I belong to telkom, and when i usually get capped I cant access any sites other than banking and telkom website, but I can access all the local sites, but no international?!?

Ok, i have use like 1.6 gigs on a 1 gig account, but usually when I get capped it TOTALLY caps me except for the banking and telkom sites. Howcome now I can use all the local sites???

Please spend more time reading the articles and you'll understand why local sites you can now surf unlike b4..

Dude how could have missed all the posts and discussions on this...

Its pretty kewl, but just beware you might be charged for the local if you exceed the promotional local bandwidth.

Dude do you need directions or what, Really I'm willing to come to your house and teach you a few things and Educate you..

What you do is login to http://secure.telkomsa.net or http://adsl.telkomsa.net login and you check your local bandwidth, What ISP account are you on

I don't think we should help him until he deletes his/her sig.
