Absolutely not much joy in connectivity at the moment. Try pinging telkomsa.net and get 100% packet loss. Can't get through when trying 10210 and 10215 bombs. Can see some sites (local and foreign) but not google or facebook.

I think it worked best over Christmas apart from them losing their DNS every 5 minutes. It got worse when they all came back to work. And now I suppose they have started working it being the 1st of Feb.

My speedtest on my TI 1Mbps uncapped line... slightly slower than yesterday.

Test downloading a file on Telkom and WA, WA pushing 450KB/s, Telkom doing 150KB/s so something is wrong with Telkom.

Not moving at all for me. Had to go back to Neotel :(to get some work done.

Is it ADSL that is slow or is it Telkom ISP?

Telkom international from what i can make out

I cant ping Telkomsa.net, and I cant do an international speed test (I used Speedtest.net and my browser froze, as well as mybroadband speed test and my browser froze too). Something is wrong with Telkom. I use TelkomInternet too

Problems with my Telkom account since December so cant even use it for WoW without bad lag spikes and browsing, but downloading is stable so weird.

Luckily I have my Afrihost account which is going smooth in everything. Wish they would fix the Telkom Account.

Also noticed degraded performance since around December. 1Mbit MWEB uncapped seems to perform better than Telkom 10Mbit capped. :(

Telkom did reduce their IP Transit providers recently. Since the beginning of December I have to reload international sites at least once.
