Has Wootware received my payment?

Hello

I bought a new PSU this morning, on Saturday, at Wootware and paid with my credit card. The amount went off my credit card but it still shows under my order in their site awaiting payment, and giving me the option to pay. Is this normal? Will it change soon? Or is it showing like this because it is weekend?

Peach is legit yes.

Sounds like there was a comms error between Peach and the Woot site.

Phone them on monday to manually process the order. Awaiting payment means the site didnt get the payment confirmation from Peach.
 
A month or so back I also had an issue with a payment gateway - Payfast. Payment went through my card but was somehow not processed by Payfast. I phoned them, they saw the transaction. I think it took a day for them to resolve it.

Think it might be.

I already sent them in an email with the unique code that came with the payment confirmation but if it is still unresolved on Monday Ill give them a call.

I see. Glad I am not alone in this. Thanks a ton for the reassurance. Do you reckon I phone the payment gate or Wootware?
 
What does worry me though was that on the order page it says, “please remit payment within 48 hours to avoid cancellation.“ Do you guys think they will cancel my order because the payment wasn't correctly processed, because Monday is in 48 hours?
