Have you finished Lost (series)?

Yes. Saw the ending coming from a mile away. Was rather disappointing but there was something special about witnessing them all reunite...
 
Yes, the only fantasy series I've ever really enjoyed. But the ending was meh. Been rewatching the series.
 
I think the writers 'lost' the plot when they got too excited about the viewing figures for the first 2 seasons, and then made it drag on too long.

People tuned out and so most people didn't finish it

More often than not it isn't the writers, nor the standard producers, but rather the network placed executive producers and senior network management who make the calls. Writers, producers and execs come to loggerheads about this all too often...
 
I've stopped at the end of the second episode of season 4, that was a few years ago. Something changed and I didn't like it, so I ditched the rest.

I don't know where you ditched them, but someone got hold of them all and aired them on NBC...
 
Lost writers made up **** and stuff as they went along with the show. They had no idea how the series ended when they were busy writing the final episode of S5. Too many plot threads that were introduced in S1-2 were never fully explored in later seasons. This pissed me off :mad:
 
Yes, ending was so crap that the first time I watched it, it sort of retroactively ruined the entire series for me. Last year I re-watched it with my girlfriend and was reminded that when Lost was good, it was very good.
 
I am bad with finishing series.

Lost I watched the first 3 seasons.
Prison Break I watched the first 2 seasons
Heroes I watched the first 2 seasons.

Storylines tend to get to me. If it becomes ridiculous I stop watching.

I sincerely loved LOST but similarly felt that the stuff I really wanted to know was never fully explored or concluded.
