And they want to charge me R19.95 to email a statement to me.

MTNActive also says I have a bill that has been outstanding for thirty days and my debit orders to them have been going out like clockwork.

I can't even see how much they have been overbilling me.

Have I mentioned lately how much I can't wait for my contract to expire so that I move to Vodacom.

I was a happy and loyal customer for ten years. Why did you have to repay me by turning into this thing you have become?
 
Wait until you get a call from their credit controllers saying they are handing over your account to the lawyers.... for an account that they messed up! I am still battling to get this sorted and it is now 8 months! It took me 4 months just to get it into their heads that it was their fault! Itdiots! I haven’t received anything also in 4 months! MTN You are useless! You are not ayoba!
