We all mates here. Cummon OP. What did you buy with the cash? Was it VW upgrades?

:p

Sincerely though. Good luck with the matter. If you come short - lots of forumites will give you advise. Not all of it is good. But hey. Beats a kick in the pants.

But anyway guys thanks so much for your comments. The all might god knows who took that money so i will leave it in his hands.IF anything happens i will then get someone to represent me.see i dont know these things and you guys give me info thank you.

Trust me on this, and I mean no disrespect by this, but the almighty god you refer to doesn't give a shyte about who took the money. Defend yourself and do it vigorously if you didn't take the money. Do not sit back and just think it will all turn out ok. If it gets to the point of him having a disciplinary hearing or trying to fire you you may as well just leave the company because you will become a permanent target.

He probably told everyone that only that person failed the test in the hope that one of you would crack and fezz up.

If he did do this its very clever and running straight to the ccma will only make u look more guilty.

Exactly that. Friend was implicated in theft from work ages ago. The whole team was polygraphed and advised to forego union representation as they "know who did it and just doing it to follow process" Afterwards they were all separately advised they failed the polygraph and to confess. Someone confessed and the world was right again.

Crooks are also pretty smart in distracting the cashiers and grabbing cash
