I don't suffer at all with the falling asleep issue. Sure, sometimes it takes a bit longer...and the handful of few times I did struggle to sleep...I found an easy "cure". All I did was concentrate on my breathing....slow it down, and I just kept concentrating on breathing in and out and not even 2 mins later...I was out.

Give it a try. Have told a few people about this that had problems falling asleep and it worked. Who knows, might work for you

The last couple nights i have been woken up 6 to 8 hours later by my tablet crying it needs to be charged. Can't find the setting to turn off the screen after x amount of minutes haha. It is impressive how well it works.

I bought a CD a few years ago that puts you in Alpha state. It's really weird because it sounds like nothing until you put the headphones on. It works like a charm.

Pop it and then 30 mins later go to bed, close eyes boom sleep but as you know with benzo's you need more and more and more so now i am on a long acting one which is fine but that instant close eyes sleep is no longer there.

If it works for you go for it it. As I said I cant identify with it as sleepinging is something im pretty good at. If this works for you instead of Benzo`s than awesome. Ive seen suggestion work for many people.

Granted dormicans are great until you need more and more and more, i find dorminoct is better. You don't spend the day wishing you could get home to take your dormican and you don't need to supplement benzos during the day because you have anxiety due to the short acting dormican causing withdrawal symptoms like anxiety which i assume the valium takes care of.
