Ok now i know for some people they be like o this is garbage and blah blah but even on a sleeping tablets i struggle to get to sleep so about 3 nights ago i was googling at like 1 and came across something called alpha state.

The last couple nights i have been woken up 6 to 8 hours later by my tablet crying it needs to be charged. Can't find the setting to turn off the screen after x amount of minutes haha. It is impressive how well it works.

This is video is amazing. If you give it the chance it will put you to sleep. Incredible i think anyhow. Last 2 nights have been amazing. Cruise to bed at 10, put the video on, wake up 3 or 4 to plug my tablet into the charger back to sleep til 6. I am going to get just get the audio though for my cell rather. There isn't a need to for the video.

If you had an ipad, you would get 10 hours sleep without having to recharge.....

Yea but i am just going to record the audio and use my cell phone, when it stops then it is over and done :D.

Rocket it isn't about the video dude. It is about the audio but i can't find an audio only version or mp3 so i will record it on my cell and use it from now on :D. Flippin awesome it is.

No worries :D. Some people are not into this kind of thing but it works, must admit i didn't really look at her past close your eyes.....

If you did that is odd. Ya she is funny though but once you close your eyes the magic begins. Obviously you will get people who will see the funny side of it but they will also grasp the concept. I don't think you grasped the concept ghoti but i expected that from some so each to their own :D.

She is a pretty girl. I laughed at the hypnosis techniques she was employing.

Im a pro sleeper. Its something I can do pretty well and can never get enough of, but I understand how the suggestion can help some people. I dont have problems relaxing, sleeping or finding peace. I dont need aids to do it.

I don't think you grasped the concept ghoti but i expected that from some so each to their own :D.

Actually I grasp it very well. I have hypnotists as friends and they use the EXACT same techniques. I just dont need it.

Why what is wrong with it? I will google and try a few other video's. Have you got any links since she is obviously(according to you) not doing it correctly, i fall asleep with ease i think she does a fantastic job but perhaps there is a short version that will have me asleep in 5 minutes :D.

You said you were laughing at her techniques, now if someone laughs at my singing i am going to assume it's kuk so in theory you laughing at her technique indicates it is incorrect or have i misunderstood what you are saying by laughing at her technique.

I am new to this and just tried it because i am sick of lying in bed for an hour or two trying to sleep. I used to take a short acting benzo for sleep, easy. Pop it and then 30 mins later go to bed, close eyes boom sleep but as you know with benzo's you need more and more and more so now i am on a long acting one which is fine but that instant close eyes sleep is no longer there.

Once i am sleeping the long acting benzo works awesome to keep me asleep. So don't think i am attacking you or anything like that if there is a better technique i am open to it. I was going to try some other ones but saw like 60-90 minute video's only. hers was the shortest by a country mile but i will try another one tonight if. Alpha state certainly narrowed down my initial relaxation for sleep search haha.

Play the video and record it on your cellphone. Assuming you have a cellphone that can do it. I will google how to extract the audio only or make a recording and try get into mp3 format.

LOL yea first night i was like common baby forget this alpha state and shake your booty but when she said close your eyes i figured what the hell let me try this. To be honest her voice does her looks justice as well. Like an angel.

So i downloaded the video as a 3gp with a firefox add on. Altair what phone do you have dude? now i must check if it works lekka on my BB, only 7mb. Just need to check the audio is good.

Install Realplayer. It allows you to download the video and then the software has an option to extract the sound to mp3.
