HD 2P fan not moving

I have the the HD2P decoder, it usually sits in my TV cabinet so I did not notice it before - the fan on the side does not rotate?

I bought the thing from Hi Fi corp when they were on special, in June this year.

Do I take it back to hifi corp for a new one or direct to multichoice?
Multichoice would be easier - swop out and activate a new card on site..

If you take it back to hifi corp you will be in for a bit of a wait...

You may take the unit into your nearest HiFi Corporation Store - with your proof of purchase, and we would send it into Multichoice for you. The process would take at least 7 days. If you take it directly to Multichoice - they will assess the unit and advise you of your options right away.
