HD PVR decoder just loading

Our decoder just stays on the Dstv HD PVR loading screen.

Anyone know what this could be? My wife says its since the new channels were introduced. Our other SD decoder still plays and is connected via extra view to the HD PVR.

Restore factory settings but your other tv's signal might go.

Ever thought of calling DSTV and getting free telephonic assistance? I do it all the time its amazing give it a shot.

I also had this problem last week. Just factory reset and it worked. I checked the signal strength and both signals were at the same frequency and polarization and then it only picks up one.

What's free about MCs telephonic assistance? Don't you pay for phone calls?

Hold down the RESET button for 3 seconds. If that does not work, any of the above suggestions is your solution
