HD4850 vs GeForce GTS250

I want to buy either one since both are evenly priced,but don't have international cap to check the benchmarks.Which one do you think is the better card for mid range gaming(keep in mind I got a 450watt power supply).

the 4850hd is placed between the GTS250 and 260. Go for the ATI card. 450w is fine but you should include all your system devices to actually make sure that 450w is ok.

4850 all the way. I have a 4870 with a q9550 running on a 420W without problems.
