HDD RAID 1 Issue

Hi guys

I currently run a RAID 1 (mirror) setup, and when trying to add another HDD Windows does not pick it up. It shows in the BIOS, but I can not see it. Am I missing something?

Software RAID on your motherboard? I assume from previous posts.

rpm, are you just trying to add an extra drive to your setup? Or are you trying to add another drive to the RAID?

If you're just adding a drive to your current setup, have you formatted it yet? Right click on My Computer, click manage, click Disk Management. You should be able to see the drive there. Right click, format drive etc etc.

Hope this is what you're looking for.
