HDD wanted/needed for PC to be donated

Hi guys,

Whenever I sell a new PC to someone, often the client asks me to rid of the old one.

I donate all these PC's to a NGO called Equal Education. It is based in Khayelitsha and offers better learning facilities to the kids attending school there.

I recently got one of these old PC's from a client but had to take the HDD out to put in their new machine so they could have all their old data.

The PC is just sitting around waiting for a HDD so it can be donated, if anyone has one lying around (even a 10 or 20gig) that you really don't need.. I'll be happy to take it off your hands - it wouldn't sell for much anyway.

Preferably in the Cape Town area.

If you can get it from JHB, we can even scrap the 6 pack ;)
 
I have two spare 20 gigs if you are able to get it from Durban

I just spoke to Frank Nolte the branch manager at Esquire Cape Town branch

he has a hdd for you , you can contact him and tell him that you are from Mybb and he will invoice it out to you at no charge -Hope this helps-ESQ

Hi Dablak,

The way I get involved is by donating all my old PC equipment and all the old PC equipment given to my by my clients to Equal Education. I am quite friendly with the founder. If you wish to donate anything of yours/clients - just let me know and I'll sort it all out for you.
