No, guys who drive around without plates. Guys who protect and serve should be law-abiding as well.

Did you check the focus on the lights? As long as it doesn't blind oncoming traffic on dim setting, it's no problem really.
 
Are you sure they're legal JK8?

Other than the dealer who sold you the lights, what confirmation do you have that they're legal? Are they SABS approved?

i also dont use front plates, got caught for the 3rd time in 3.5 years , first time got a R500 fine, reduced to R250 if paid within 30 days. 3 point demerit where 2 points expires every 3 months. How sweet is that ?
 
And one day the cop will "remember" you and then you're in the k@k...

I hope it happens sooner rather than later...

neah, they get so excited to see a GTi thats 'done up' they forget why they stop you ... :D

EDIT: just thought about it, most of the time they stop me just to see the car ...

The cops don't have to remember... In my younger days when I still "borrowed" the plaas bakkie I have had a few unfortunate "accidents" in parking lots with the towbar on a Hilux. Unfortunately they happened when no one was around and since the poor sod did not have a license plate I could unfortunately not identify them by I unfortunately had to drive off. It was also so unfortunate that I repeated having these accidents for maybe 3 or 4 times...

It really does help that most of the cars with no plates seemed to have particularly soft bumpers that would crack for no reasons at all. I mean, the tow bar on the Hilux did not even have paint parks on them.

I'll be looking out for this VeeDud GTnaaI :D
 
Now that actually sounds like a blerry good idea..... (needs a bit of fine tuning though)
 
im being pulled over by every single cop that sees me on the roads, its becoming annoying ... and yes i have my legal sized plates on my car, back and front ...

i think they assume i have huge speeding fines outstanding

and I'd prob start blasting the cops for wasting my time....

Maybe its the orange, like theirs?:p
Do you have normal seatbelts or is it like a 4 way click type?
