Hi Everybody
I have A problem with my Xtraview install,I have the hd pvr (2 Tuner) and sd pvr connected with xtraview.
It was connected like so
hd pvr RF OUT to sd pvr RF IN
SD PVR RF OUT TO BEDROOM
It worked perfectly untill about 3 days ago when the sd decoder stopped getting the Heartbeat signal.
So I tried a different setup
This Set Up Was advised to me by the multichoice call center agent
HD PVR RF OUT INTO A T-Piece
SD PVR RF OUT INTO THE SAME T-Piece
And The Last Port Of the T-piece to the IN port of a 2-Way spliiter.
The one out port of the splitter to one TV with a TV Link (Old SD One)
And the second out port of the splitter My PC TV card with no TVlink (Please advise if the power will be enough for both tv-links when i sort the Heart beat problem out.)
The problem is that the heart beat only works if i disconnect the spliiter from the T-Piece and the second problem is that the TV Link will work for about 5 minutes then get a over load message
Maybe there could be a problem with the decoder
Can please somebody help me maybe explain how there set-up that works and i can copy it into mine.
My HD PVR TV Link Is Disabled (if enabled over load message.)
