Spot on - it's all to do with competition - if we don't have to drop prices, we won't. Look at MTN and their data shock - R50 per meg to R0.50 per meg. Learning from Telkom I guess.
 
Would Telkom have dropped their international call rates if there was NO incentive (competition from VoIP services)? NO WAY!
