i would like the throttle back please.

let me understand this correctly, those of us who had the soft cap of 64k will now have to upgrade to a package that supports the 64k throttle and pay the add on charge to go
back to a service that we initially signed up for.......I remember Jannie saying the if we where not happy after the 3 months period we can go back to our "old" packages.

Was Jannie lying.....?

if you are on old contract you can still get the 64k for free till your contract ends!
