Does this forum have a Neotel representative that is willing and able to answer questions?

It seems that despite numerous complaints and questions, Neotel is not making any more effort than Telkom to address issues.

It really does make Vodacom stand out from the crowd, with their always-available, always helpful representative.
 
There was a rep that appeared for a few posts and then disappeared again.

Realising the imminant and violent beating he is soon to receive rtzouves decides to appologise in advanced for his horribly sexist comment ;)

Look - sometimes the job of a representative is not a happy one.
Vodacom3G got his fair share of whippings too - except he is a true champion and can give as well as take.
And he makes an effort to address issues, admits at times that things are not perfect, and makes a plan. And he has earned the respect of his customer base.

Neotel needs such a person - that is the only way (on this site) that they will trump Telkom and win customers en masse.
 
Agreed... Neotel rep started whispering sweet nothings, had no clue what Neotel's website said, nor gave us anything useful.
Maybe he really did think the posters/readers here are dimwits... it certainly seems like that's Neotel's target market.

Come back if you can bring something to the table - as it stands, myself - and I'm sure lots of others here have plenty more to give.
 
I take my Hat off vor Vodacom3G, therefore i am with Vodacom, on 3G.

I was really hyped about neotel, their R999 special is trule awesome - but if their ONE guy, their one chosen REP, which stands for R.E.P.R.E.S.E.N.T.A.T.I.V.E is like this, ignoring questions and answers, not even caring - then I won't bother.

This is not just any odd customer care dude, this is their ONE GUY, CHOSEN TO REPRESENT what neotel is about.

Am I right?

Ofcourse V3G and even MTN_Dude casts big shadows, but if Neotel want to get to that level, he needs to atleast post.

I don't represent Anybody/Anything and i'm already over 1000 posts since march.

C'mon, this is just pathetic really...
