Good Evening. I have a really annoying problem and Telkcom does not seem to know what it is. Here is the story, So My internet was working at full speed which was a 2meg line working great! till Lightening struck my house and blew my router from then my internet was working very slowly So I called telkcom and they came over with a tech he climbed my pole and did something he said it was fixed. and so it was so great my internet was back up and running happy day for me but... Lightening came again out of the blue and struck my house again!! and blew my second router and ever since then my internet is completely broken and every tech guy they send here cant speak english or does not know my problem. so this is my problem it is very slow at all times it drops all the time. download speed is terrible.

SNR Margin(Upstream) 11.5 dB
SNR Margin(Downstream) 10.85 dB
Line Attenuation(Upstream) 44.0 dB
Line Attenuation(Downstream) 47.0 dB
This is beyond wrong...
So Please can someone help me. It would be nice to get what I pay for.
Have I tried other ISPs: Yes I have more then 3 different ISPS
Have I called telkcom: Yes more then 5 times and they charged me for false line issues
I live in KZN - Durban
Please help me!
