Problem as is:
my dad is on the 2gb package with telkom which includes 20gb local his cap died today,but for some reason he can't access any of the local sites. It says Forbidden,access denied by access policy or something like that.
I then removed the tick from the box,which uses custom proxy/vpn in internet explorer options-->connections the proxy was a random ip address with 8080,the port number.This removed the forbidden screen,but just resulted in general ie connection error
