I have paid the line rental for November on the 26th of October. I buy prepaid bandwidth, so I have no subscription to cancel there. I pay month-by-month and do not have an n-Month contract. When and how do I go about cancelling my ADSL line to ensure that:
1. I get the use of the line for the period for which I have already paid.
2. I don't have to pay Telkom more money for another period.
Please advise.
