HELP! Cannot connect - Base station 82

I have had my modem for one week now and to this day I cannot connect.
I keep getting 'Remote computer did not respond' error.

Without an antenna I get a 17% signal. I then went ahead and built an
antenna and boosted my signal to 28%. However, I can still not connect.

I am in Weltevreden Park (Rooitou street, near Without street).
I am beginning to believe that my modem is attempting to connect to the Randburg tower and not the Radiokop tower. Randburg might be too far away for my signal to reach the tower.

Can anybody give me suggestions on how to fix this? I am desperate and to date could not get Sentech to help me.

We're in Rooitou St, no problems connecting. I think our signal is around 12-17% - we have three lights on the modem. I have it facing RandPark Ridge through a windows, and it's upstairs too (if I lower it 30cm, I have almost no signal).
