So, I'm on century city connect infrastructure. I was thinking of going with coo ideas since I see they are highly rated on MB ISP ranking, but a quick google search shows a pathetic review rating and mixed reviews on the MB forums about them too. Just need some help clearing that up. I've seen people say Cool Ideas is the best, while others say support is non-existent and line drops everyday.

People use MB to get instant support so what your seeing is the 2% that have problems . Remaining 98% have awesome service and if you don't @PBCool will solve it in record time .

Afrihost is also a very good option . The only downside being they don't have a Brazil link for gaming

Source : Currently using both over Openserve

Highly recommend CISP

Most issues are with the actual fibre providers.

Have put a lot of clients onto them and so far all are very happy.

I would not use Afrihost if you paid me.
There are 100's of threads on here to see why.

Hey @Technopulse Online, welcome to mybb. I'd suggest proof reading your flyer, the 50/25 package looks awesome with its 100Mbs download yet the 100/50 only downloads at 10Mbps, although maybe the heading "Con Print" should be more of a clue? Also how can you offer Free router setup but then charge R 50.00 to change a SSID and Wifi password, surely this is part of setting a router up...

@TPants , thank you for your message "con print" is short for Control Print which is a printing company in the southern suburbs if you need printing done they amazing group of people to deal with you can google them, the R50.00 once off is optional and you dont have to take it, we also save your SSID and passwordsaved on our data base so if you call us because you can't remember your password we can help, im not following the 10mbps download part of your comment, as the customers that are on the network are happy with speeds. Please elaborate as any input we get is taken seriously and attended to.

If you read the speeds in each of the 4 sections of your attachment you will notice...

I uploaded the same flyer but better quality there are no discrepancy, the previous flyer was to small to see the prices correctly but thank you for liking the 50/25 line that one has been popular.CCC Flyer 2019.jpeg

No office address? No land-line? Just 3 cellphone numbers.

You guys a bunch of mates that's starting out by reselling?

As you can see we are not reselling, these are the speeds we are getting on our network

For the OP question. Cool Ideas gets my recommendation, if you have a problem @PBCool & @TheRoDent will eventually solve it , even if it takes some time like my international frogfoot issue. Can't say the same about some of the other isp's I have used throughout the years.
