[HELP] d-link DSL2750U not connecting after hard reset

After my router has been giving me issues for the past week and rebooting not doing anything I did a hard reset tonight and since then I can't connect. No wifi and it's not even picking up the ethernet cable. All the lights are on and responding but no connectivity whatsoever. The standard 10.0.0.2 / 192.168.1.1 is not connecting.

Any idea what I can try next?

Try a hard reset again, run (cmd) commad and ipconfig and see if it is giving an ip address. should be 192.168.1.1 (defaut gateway). hope this helps.
