Started 3-4 days ago, I get disconnected at least once a day - I can not connect to any website and I can not connect to the ROUTER as well, after unplugging the router and plugging it back in everything's ok.

I'm guessing problem with the router - what should I do? Any settings I should check/change, is it possible to be a virus/whateverware? Or do I have to get a new router?

Thanks for your help

could be old firewall not removed completely, eg, like Zonealarm or Sygate
check registry
apply

netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
from start
run

good luck

right now checking for spyware/viruses, my next step will be to update the firmware, took me a while to figure out what my router was, I kmew it was Billion but wasn't sure if it was 5102, 5102S ..., turned out its 5102

Hi Antonio can you please email [email protected] with your phone number so we can contact you and help you out

Hi
thanks for the offer, I have resolved the issue. It was the firmware after all, I tried upgrading it from billion.com first and that didn't help, then I got the latest from billionsa.com and it's all good since then.

May be I d/d the wrong thing from billion.com.
