Help identifying fiber supplier

Was at a school and they asked who the supplier of the fiber was. The IT person has left with no details.

The manhole is not marked and the only label is on the cable which is ES04A-ES04L-OFSU-0001/12F. On the box is STAC:ES04A

You might be able to narrow it down by using something like https://fibrecompare.co.za and entering the address of the school to see which FNOs cover that area.

Which School?
 
Government/private school? If it's a westerncape gov school, then most likely provided by SITA.

Thought that as well, but when we contacted Openserve, they werent able to confirm. Although, this was their business side, maybe it was a home account.
