Help! Keep getting Stuped SMSs

I keep getting the messages:
costs are now being deducted from your call account

and

You Only have 400 KB left before costs will be deduvted from your call account

these cpme from +27820099892

For a few days I will get these messages very few minutes and then for a week or two it stops?

I think it may be after I joined some stuped cellphone thing called Siya but i only registerd and never did anything else and never since.

I keep getting the messages:

This means you have a data bundle on your phone that is getting close to, and then running out.
When the new month starts you get a new data bundle and then you don't see these messages again until your bundle runs again.

You should consider increasing the size of your data bundle as out-of-bundle data rates are extortionate.

The thing is no data cap or airtime is taken away and I get like hunderds in a day

I had the same thing, had to call up Vodacom and they sorted it out before the end of the day.

I got them everytime i opened or closed and internet connection.
