[HELP] MDMA with ZTE MF823 LTE usb modem,

I would like to ask your help for setting up my ZTE MF823 4G usb modem and make working MDMA within. I have tried everything and it doesn't appear on MDMA. Maybe anyone could help. Will transfer some money if it will work. I'm doing LTE performance testings and I need to get Cell ID.

Is your modem installed on the virtual COM port? Look in Device Manager.
If you don't see a proper modem device under COM port section, you can't use MDMA
