Help me decide on a PSU

Well the other thing is this will also double up as a media PC ... but still the gfx are a waste. But so is a BMW X5 in a city, so I guess there's nothing new about people who have money wasting it :p
 
With that budget Corsair definately!
And maybe go for 1x GTX260/HD4870 instead of SLi? less foreseeable problems.

Woah. Not bashing you dude, but I think HE's crazy for that case, mouse and keyboard..

So do I ... but it also has to fit into the style of the room ... it must look as little like a PC as possible ... and he wants everything rechargeable. Thats the only rechargeable keyboard I know of and I showed it to him and he loves the design and verticle stand. The mouse is also perfect for him cause you can use it in the air which means he doesn't really need a desk for it.

Some people like their toys and care more for looks than what they can do :p
Initially I offered an i7 system but he didn't care about the specs, just the look.
