Help me decide

i would like to know a few opinions here. note, im pretty clued up with cellphones, so didnt need to ask. but for the sake of it, i need help on the following.

i have a budget of around 2000 to 2500 rand, nothing more. im past the stage really, where i need to have the latest phone, although i still want something capable of doing things without much lag etc. main things is to browse the net, whatsapp, mail, and maybe listen to some music. I am a power user, so the following has popped up for consideration

HTC One X
LG Optimus G E975
Blackberry Z10
Samsung S3

the Z10 is the odd one i know, and the others are 2012/13 handsets with still very much capable hardware and so on

what do you guys think, and not forgetting my budget is what it is, what out of those would be a good choice still in 2014 for what my requirements are.

ps please do not mention the Kicka and Steppa etc, i need something with a bit more power

None are bad choices, but most of those devices are already more than a year/two years old, so might be difficult to get hold of a new battery for it, which it might need.
 
im not too fussed with battery, the One X and LG have unibody designs and the S3 and Z10 battery can be replaced.

i saw the Moto G, but like i said im not stretching further than R2500.

Samsung Galaxy S3, without a doubt!!

It supports a SD card and you should still be able to get covers, batteries, etc. for it.

Within your budget and you can upgrade it to kitkat http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2711667. The galaxy S3 won't get kitkat so you will be stuck with 4.3 if you are not planning on going the custom route. If not the moto g, then I'd go for the moto e for R1800. Would probably do everything you needed to
