Help me eat

Plain yoghurt, fresh fruit and honey, like the Greeks. Good for you too.

Stew.
Red wine, Guinness, potatoes, mushroom, beef, carrot, salt, rosemary, onion, thyme, pepper, stock. Basically just chuck in a pot and come back in two hours :). Any stew or curry - ingredients in a pot for a few hours = win & leftovers for days.

Let's make it interesting
.

Low carb/no carb

Preferred.

Why?

Cause fck Tim Jokes I'm just in the mood for something different

I eat low-carb every day: Coffee with coconut oil and butter for breakfast (five minutes). Supper is around 200 grams of protein and a steamed vegetable splattered with olive oil (twenty minutes). Not fancy, but I'm fed, it's cheap, and very quick.

200g of protein!!!!!???!

Wtf

Do you mean 200g of meat or 200g of actual protein?

Example 100g chicken breasts is about 20 odd gram protein

I meant meat, as in the edit above.

I put it like that initially, as my only real source of protein is what is contained in the portion of meat I meat, so I tend to call 'meat' 'protein' in my head when I think about it.
